Kapoosh Knives Tested and Approved By Chefs

I've been using my Exakt Kut 5-piece stainless steel knife set at home for a while now, and am always impressed at how sharp and efficient these knives are. Of course, I am just the casual knife user, I am no passionate cook, and I don't need anything fancy. 

I was speaking to a friend about this excellent knife set, and her boyfriend, a chef, overheard. His curiosity was peaked, and he asked if he could borrow a set to bring into work one day, and offered to share his opinion, as well as those of his colleagues.
